Property tool box was born out of passion to give people a point of reference to make educated decisions. When we started out we did not have any real guidance, education or experience, over the years this has grown and now we like to pass it on.
The manual and course material is the combination of 25 years property investing experience from Rob Walters and Laura Hall. We hope we can help people to build a strong knowledge base to help avoid costly mistakes whether you are a complete novice or a more seasoned pro.
We cover a full selection of strategies and work our way through the whole property journey from; do I want to do this, to managing tenants or selling a property.
